Welcome back to Episode 2

In Episode 1, we showed you what happens before the start line: how athletes sign up for a 113 Series race in just a few steps.

This time, it’s an app walkthrough. We look at the 113 Series app in more detail, run through a demo of how it works, and share the benefits it brings to athletes and organisers alike.

App walkthrough: register for a race in 7 steps

  1. Event info in one place. The Events screen lists every race on the calendar, filtered by All, Open, Upcoming and Completed. Each card shows the date, venue, categories, swim, bike and run distances, and the entry price. For example, the 2027 Asia Triathlon Cup Putrajaya (from MYR 185) and the 113 International Triathlon Desaru 2027 in Johor (113 Triathlon: 2.25 km swim, 90 km bike, 21 km run).
  2. Register online in a few taps. Pick a race and tap Secure your entry.
  3. Choose your category. Individual and relay categories are split by age grWelcome back to Episode 2

oup and gender, with the distances for each shown up front.
  4. See what you’ll receive. The Event entitlement tab lists your race kit: race bib, timing chip, event swim cap, event t-shirt, finisher medal, e-certificate with your official race time, post-race refreshments and a goodie bag. Podium finishers in each category, individual and relay, receive a medal. In relay teams, each member gets their own entitlement and the team shares one timing chip.
  5. Get your e-ticket automatically. Once you register, your e-ticket is generated for you, with no extra steps.
  6. Scan at check-in, no printing. Your race pass carries a QR code that’s scanned at check-in.
  7. Track your payment status. Your race pass lists every entry with a clear tag. Paid entries show as confirmed, and pending payments are easy to spot.

6 benefits of the 113 app

  1. One platform for event info and registration. No jumping between websites, forms and chat groups.
  2. Easy category selection. Every category and distance is laid out clearly before you commit.
  3. Secure online payment. Pay for your entry safely inside the app.
  4. E-ticket generated automatically. Your ticket is ready the moment you register.
  5. QR race pass for fast check-in. Scan and go on race day, with no printouts and no queues for paperwork.
  6. Clear payment records for organisers. Organisers can see at a glance who has paid and who is still pending.

Less admin means more headspace for what actually matters: your training, your recovery, and your next personal best.
